Auf einem Monitor werden die Bilder der Kamera wiedergegeben. Dank dieser Untersuchung kann das Innere des Darms genau betrachtet werden. Dadurch wird eine aussagekr\u00e4ftige Diagnose m\u00f6glich, die Sie zur Abkl\u00e4rung von Beschwerden oder zur Krebsvorsorge ben\u00f6tigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sollten bei der Darmspiegelung beispielsweise Polypen festgestellt werden, k\u00f6nnen diese auch direkt in dieser Sitzung entfernt werden. Die Entnahme von Gewebeproben ist ebenfalls m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zur Vorbereitung auf die geplante Darmspiegelung muss am Vorabend und am Untersuchungstag eine abf\u00fchrende L\u00f6sung eingenommen werden. Therefore, a laxative solution must be taken the evening before and on the day of the colonoscopy. In addition, plenty of fluids must be consumed. This preparation empties the bowel to the point where only clear fluid is passed over time. During the examination, a colonoscope (endoscope) approximately 1 cm in diameter, equipped with a light and camera, is carefully inserted through the anus. Air is then introduced through the colonoscope, which expands the bowel and allows for a better view.
